Thanksgiving Scriptures

(note:  click on the  brown text and you will go to that verse in the Bible)

Psalm 95: 2-3 --- Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song.  For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods.

1 Corinthians 1: 4-5  ---  I always thank God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus.  For in him you have been enriched in every way - in all your speaking and in all your knowledge -

1 Thessalonians 5: 18  --- give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

Psalm 7: 17  --- I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.

2 Corinthians 4: 15  --- All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.

Psalm 28: 7  --- The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped.  My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song.

Psalm 100: 4  --- Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.

Psalm 106: 1  --- Praise the Lord.  Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.

1 Timothy 4: 4-5  ---For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.
